Maidenbrook Country Park
30 acres of land was bought by Taunton Deane Borough Council from The Crown in August 2018.
The land falls within Cheddon Fitzpaine Parish boundary and is primarily ‘managed’ by both Cheddon Fitzpaine & West Monkton Parish Councils for insurance and administrative purposes.
However, with the joint Neighbourhood Plan in place with West Monkton Parish Council, a new joint venture will be set up to administer and manage the park for operational reasons.
